First off stats. 54, 5'7" 181 as of today.diet is so messed up can't even start with that. Workout is three to four days weekly with two parts each day rest days are an days.
Took half scoop with eight ounces of water.
Well first thing was the atom . Friggin in your face energy. Had to slow my usual pace down after the first superset. But finished not a huge pump like I was expecting but I'll look at it when I do upper body Thursday.
Three super sets. Leg curls and extensions 4/40 then lying curls and presses 4/20 then body weight squats and seated calf raises 2/20 & 4/failure 180 lbs. should be in some doms pain by 5 tomorrow so think of me! Lol.
