At 6 caps per day on a lean bulk. Already up 4lbs and muscles feel fuller but no strength gain at all so far. It even decreased a bit! I have to add that previously i ran x-gels with good strength gains and one week ago i quit taking creatine and beta-alanine. How long does Alpha Mass take to kick in strengthwise? I ran ph's before and i noticed strength gains everytime during the first two weeks..
