Formestane and Suppress C with Nolva for PCT?

Hey guys, I will soon be starting a cycle of h drol for 6 weeks at 50/75 and stano drol at 300-600 for 7 weeks. For PCT I have plenty of Nolva two bottles of CEL Formestane and two bottles of Suppress C and I think a bottle of inhibit e that I got for free as well. I'm not sure how I want to go about the PCT and any advice from people experienced with PHs would be great, my main question though is should I even involve the formestane and if so should it be during pct, on cycle, or after PCT?
Any advice is greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance guys.
PS I also have Cycle assist and PCT assist and will take those as needed along with fish oil and a multivitamin.

I am also curious how harsh the formestane and suppress c are on liver and kidneys? How long after PCT should I avoid alcohol?
