08x4 Bench Press
08x4 Incline Dumbbell Press
08x4 Dumbbell Flyes
08x4 Close Grip Bench Press
10x4 Tricep Dips
08x4 Tricep Pull Downs

Back & Biceps:
08x4 Bent Over Rows
08x4 Lat Pull Downs
08x4 Rear Delt Flyes
08x4 Incline Dumbbell Curls
08x4 Hammer Curls
08x4 Concentration Curls

Shoulders & Legs:
08x4 Military Press
08x4 Seated Dumbbell Press
08x4 Upright Rows
08x4 Squats
08x4 Romanian Deadlift
08x4 Leg Press

At the end of every session:
20x3 Dumbbell Shrugs
20x3 Calf Press
30x3 Crunches



So watchu reckon??
I workout Mon, Thur, Sat. Cardio it on Tue, Fri, Sun and rest on Wed.

Too much fluff in what you had up there

more is not better, better is better.
