OK, so I will be starting an Epi run soon(ish), and am getting all my supplements and PCT into place and would like a little feedback/constructive criticism. So here is the current plan.
Pre-load
Hawthorn Berry/Celery Seed Extract
On-cycle
-Epi: 30/30/30/40
-Pre-loaded supps + Milk Thistle
-On 100% whey
-CLA's
-Omega 3s
-Formex****
-Taurine and Nolva on Hand
PCT
-Clomid: 50/50/50/50
-Formex****
-DS Lean Xtreme: 0/3/3/3/3 or 0/0/3/3/3/3
-CLA's and Omega's
-Preloaded Supps + Milk Thistle
****The problem I'm having is deciding how to dose the Formex. Some say waite two weeks into PCT, some have said low dose it from beginning of epi all the way through Clomid use, and I've seen some run bridges from "on" into the first two weeks of PCT.
I chose to waite on the Lean Xtreme because I'm pretty sure cortisol doesn't spike until the end of week 1 or week 2. Also open to suggestions on this one.
Edit: will probably add some form of Creatine into PCT as well to maintain gains.
