Hey Guys! Welcome to my first PH log.
So I've been on this site for about a week now and I've decided I am going to run my first cycle of Finaflex 1-Andro after reading a ton of great reviews/logs. I am 21 years old, and I've been lifting for a solid 3+ years now. I am 6'2 and 180 lbs.
Background: Now, before I get any criticism for starting at such a early age (and early in my bodybuilding career) I want to give you guys a little background info about myself as it might be valuable information to know when reading my log. I ran Varsity cross country and Track in high school for 3 years. I was 6'1 and 150 pounds in high school... During my senior year of high school I hated how skinny and lanky I was and I decided to give weightlifting a chance. Three years later I've put on about 30 pounds naturally, my strength has gone up significantly, and I look a lot different. Although I am 6'2 and 180 lbs I am still very lean but muscular, I just lack size/mass which is why I want to run a cycle.
Cycle Info: I am going to take 2 caps of Finaflex 1-Andro for 4 weeks; 1 cap AM, 1 cap PM. I am not too sure when exactly is the best time to take the caps, so if anyone knows the best times, or spacing I would appreciate that. For PCT I am going to take Finaflex PCT Rev Black, 2 Caps daily for 4 weeks.
Diet/Supplements: I am gonna aim for 3500+ Calories a day and 250+ grams of protein. If I build up the insane appetite that I read about, I will say **** it and eat as much as I can. I am not too worried about carbs and fats as I am looking to put on weight. I am going to take 100% Whey Protein (costco protein) 3x a day, creatine, and Jack3D advanced formula pre workout.
Workouts/Lifts:
Monday Chest: Incline Db press at 70lbs 3 sets, 4-6 reps
Tuesday Back: Deadlifts- 135 lbs 1 set 15 reps; 225 lbs 1 set 10 reps; 275 lbs 1 set 6-8 reps; 315 lbs 3 sets 2-4 reps
Seated Low Cable Rows- 120 lbs 1 set 10 reps; 140 lbs 1 set 8 reps; 180lbs 3 sets 4-6 reps
Wednesday Shoulders: Shoulder Db press- 60 lbs 3 sets of 4-8 reps
Standing Military Press- 95 lbs 3-4 sets 6-8 reps
Thursday Legs: Squat 135 lbs (super low) 4 sets of 6-8 reps
Other days I'll squat 185-205 for 3 sets of 4-6 reps
