Training Experience - I have been training for over 5 years, 3 of which have been very intense in which I have achieved lots of goals.
Stats - I am 190lb, 6ft tall
Goals - my goals for this would be to
FINAFLEX Experience - I use stimul8 which is my favorite pre workout by FAR. 1 scoop and I'm in the zone
Why we should choose you -
You should choose me as I have been through everything to get the physique I have now. I have lost close to 80lbs of fat and gained 15lbs of muscle since starting my journey, I would hopefully love to gain more muscle. I am a good worker and have a very clean diet in which I keep up with. I work out 5-6 days a week and also include cardio.
I would love to log this and show what I am capable of.
