Eating like a VIP over there. I just had a PB&H. So good. Gotta use the local honey, helps with allergies.Dosed 2 550xd's this morning with 2 scoops alphamine. Last night had 8oz bbq chicken with 2 large baked potatoes loaded. Used 2 caps nforce pre meal with omega 3 and orange triad. Finished off the night with greek yogurt, milk, and peanut butter
Still 165lb this morning.

I may do my pro shake with ultra omegas in the morning with the 550xd but typically I don't start eating til noon'ish......I dosed mechabol with and without food and really didn't notice a difference. Side note, may be getting a 4th bottle of 550xd and 2 epi vI think the 550 compound (as well as the 1-Alpha/1-Andro) work better when taken with food, specifically a moderate to hi-fat feeding
have taken on empty stomach before myself, but I cannot say I found it to be more efficacious..you really don't gain anything by taking "before training" etc, as the compound is cumulative to blood saturation and will play out that way, with continued dosing

They are awesome!!!! I do normal wide grip, reverse grip and hammer grip! Hittin all parts of that back! I never do a back w/o without themI like it, going to try the inverted grip rows next back day

Well as of today I've increased cals by a few hundred....2500 from 2000-2100, lets see where it takes me. I put up 225 bench with ease fasted and only having 2k cals yesterday and no arch back at all.You'd be an awesome fit for it with your height.
