Love me some turkey chili. Gotta add the hot sauce...
You shouldn't need any hot sauce if you made it right. Add habanero to the meat while browning it, then throw a few split ones in the sauce..... Mouth watering!

Dosed 2 550xd's this morning with 2 scoops alphamine. Last night had 8oz bbq chicken with 2 large baked potatoes loaded. Used 2 caps nforce pre meal with omega 3 and orange triad. Finished off the night with greek yogurt, milk, and peanut butter
Still 165lb this morning.

No training today. I do every other day.....
After work:
1 550xd
1 cap nforce
6oz turkey sausage
6oz sweet potatoe
Honey and cinnamon
Then:
1cap nforce
Dunkin donuts new roast beef pretzel sammich
4 caps max pump
2 orange triad
Big azz dunkin coffee
Then:
Dymatize elite with milk and peanut butter
Now:
8oz sausage
Greek yogurt
1 scoop pf3
Omega 3

Roughly 2500 cals, ended up low cal yesterday and made up for it. Besides upping cals to 2300-2400 and eventually to 2500 while decreasing cardio to twice a week...

Thanks to sean I've been reading on 5/3/1...I will continue my PL research but am resorting back to 5x5 with compound lifts only for a few weeks then I should be moving into the 5/3/1 world......

I think the 550 compound (as well as the 1-Alpha/1-Andro) work better when taken with food, specifically a moderate to hi-fat feeding
have taken on empty stomach before myself, but I cannot say I found it to be more efficacious..you really don't gain anything by taking "before training" etc, as the compound is cumulative to blood saturation and will play out that way, with continued dosing

Hammer strength single arm rows 150x10x2
Bent barbell rows 155x12x4 inverted grip
Bent barbell rows 145x10x2 standard grip
Cable rows ss with close grip pulls drop sets 15-20 reps

Standing bb curl ss with seated db curls 6 sets total 8-12 reps

Stressful day yesterday. Ate like crazy! Vascularity is insane and felt stronger than normal. 164 this morming

They are awesome!!!! I do normal wide grip, reverse grip and hammer grip! Hittin all parts of that back! I never do a back w/o without them

Off day yesterday. Normal dosing scheme but forgot my pf3 pre bed.....over all I'm looking a lot leaner with good ab/oblique definition.......try and hit quads tonight

Very good stuff.... It must be the time of year cause being tired seems to be the common thing round my house lately.

huge side note:

i was asked to join the palmetto power lifters here locally for the 198lb class for dec 14's competition.....im interested but not sure i wanna gain over 30lbs in 12 weeks. i was offered training and gear as the team is sponsored through local business's

Sure, totally understandable. Bring on the body fat!
but, i know exactly what to do to lower it again if i go that route....i think ill bump cals to maintenace and go from there

Thinking about it.....there's no one here who really does the 198 class at all
You'd be an awesome fit for it with your height. You also don't hafta be like me, cutting 10lbs the week of just to compete 198. That just sucks.

Well as of today I've increased cals by a few hundred....2500 from 2000-2100, lets see where it takes me. I put up 225 bench with ease fasted and only having 2k cals yesterday and no arch back at all.
