What are some preferred sources of fiber in the bodybuilding community

I can't speak for everyone but between my oats, fruits and vegetables I get enough fiber that I don't specifically worry about fiber. I actually tend to eat too much fiber when I'm cutting because of all the veggies to the point that it fucks with my stomach

Rice and potatoes also turn into resistant starches after you refrigerate them so if you eat those cold it's a fiber. Resistant starches are resistant to digestion

Another option (which is what I do because I'm lazy) is look for a greens supplement that has a good amount of fiber in it and you're typically good to go.

I can say the same for eatting a bowl of oatmeal every day. Can't say the same for taking the Husk Powder every day but after a quick google search may have to add this in.

There are much better articles and info but this gives a basic understanding
I’ve only ever heard this about rice before, but it makes sense that it works for other starches. I like boiling my rice, letting it cool, then frying it. Don’t know if it helped my digestion, but it tastes good!

Ya I don't think fried foods typically help digestion. I do love fried rice tho!
