Pretzel pieces and PB chips sound ungodly good right now.
Peanut butter filled pretzels (Wegmans) If you ever come close to one of those grocery stores grab them.
But speaking of PB Filled Pretzels ... Go to Handels in Hilliard they have a flavor called "Spouse like a house" That features that mix-in.

I have 2 sealed bottles of slin max which i will start to use when my Recompadrol is gone.
I picked some up when they were BOGO last month, only because Slintensity was OOS. Can't wait for v2 to drop, going to stock up :). Like hsk, I use GDAs year round, although much less when bulking.

Does not make sense to log a product to not give detail.
I could just write "Took slintensity 15 minutes before a meal"

does not do anything for followers, for dsade or anyone interested in trying out the product. No point in half assing a review/log because feedback is vital to the community who are on the fence of purchasing. That is why I always take my time with what I do. It only helps you in the long run.

Does blood glucose value of 71 equate to 4 mmol/L e.g. is it in mg/dL

Meter i use measures mmol/L here in UK

Far from great shape, but always looking to improve. If i was 20 pounds leaner just think how much better my BG and insulin sensitivity would be. MUCH better!

What did I notice? And how does this compare to others out there on the market? I want to compare to my top 3 products Slintensity (or V2), Predator and Slinmax

Blood Glucose Levels ---- (I did not fully check my BG weekly on Slinmax or Predator)
On days where I dosed 1 cap with around 50g of carbs = Weight dropped and BG levels went down
On Days I dosed with 2 caps on Cheat Meals = Weight went up a touch and BG Levels went up (from surplus of kcals most likely)

Digestion: (Predator/Slintensity V2 > Slintensity V1 > SlinMax)
I never had any bloating throughout the experience with Slintensity V2, I put this right on par with Predator as I never have any digestion issues regardless of the cheat meal or intake. I find that these products help keep the bloat down and help digest foods that are uncommon to our bodies especially in a larger amount.

Pump: (SlinMax > Predator/Slintensity V2)
This is something I try to take note of because I like to use my GDA's pre-workout (even though I did dose it once PWO on this log).
I notice the pump best with slinmax and predator and slintensity v2 are average, nothing that really stands out, but I did want to see how it played on my training and take note.

Hunger: (Predator/Slintensity V2 > Slinmax)
About 15-30 minutes after taking the Slintensity V2 I notice my stomach does start to rumble or is ready to consume some carbs. Very similar to predator. Slinmax I don't really get those sides. The day I did take my Slintensity V2 postworkout I noticed a nice drop in weight the next day which is a first time thing for me. I also noticed that after the meal I felt like I digested this the best with predator and Slintensity V2. I would notice my stomach rumble not too long after like it shuttled the glucose/carbs in a much more efficient manner.

Weight Change/Body Recomp Effects: (Slintensity V2 > Predator > SlinMax)
I did notice a nice drop over the course of running this product (around 1-1.5lbs) in a matter of a week with no dietary changes, cardio changes, or diet modifications. I also looked a bit tighter in the mirror especially in my lower back and legs (which are my lean spots). My Arms stay year lean round which also had a touch better seperation. Comparing to the others Predator really helps me rid of cheat meals (which I mostly use it for), and SlinMax I did not notice much of a recomp effect or change on weight even with that being the only variable/supplement change.

Slintensity V2 > Slintensity V1. While Matt made a great GDA, he did find a way to improve it and I noticed that in one week with that being the only variable change. After running a full bottle of the old formula I will say that there is improved digestion, less bloat, and effective changes on body comp/weight just using the product. He did make some ingredient modifications and for the better.
