Oh yeah, wouldn't even consider anything until I stop gaining naturally. In my opinion gear is only for seasoned lifters who are no longer making gains. Not new boots as myself, barely been training over a year.
I keep it simple! Whey and creatine mono. Cardio twice a week and a traditional four day split. Eat 3 meals and 3 snacks. Will detail more if your interested, just need to get to my pc.
