I plan to start this cycle may 1st, and run it for 4 weeks. The following will look like this. I want to add an extra 10-15 pounds and drop 3-5% body fat.

The Pheraplex is only in the cycle, as it's in the bottle of Razorbolic I have, which also has Furazadrol in it.
I would like help dosing the nolva, ideas on possible joint support, help with the actual cycle itself anything anyone would like to add.
I'm 23, 6foot,170 pounds. this is my second cycle, and I lost all gains from my first, as I didnt understand proper PCT then.
