Hello all,
First post on here, but have been following the forum for the past few years. Would like some feedback on my epistane cycle I have lined up. This will be the third time running this ph.
Stats about me:
24 years old
Former football player with ~10 years lifting experience (last 7 years have been more serious)
Height: 6'4
Weight: 220
BF: 14.5% via BIA scale
I plan to run the cycle for 6 weeks dosed at 40mg throughout but may make adjustments (such as tapering down dose toward end of cycle) based on suggestions
Cycle support: fish oil 4-6g/day, multivitamin, CEL cycle assist (currently preloading), TUDCA
PCT: Nolva 20/20/10/10 + creatine + oct test booster (haven't picked one out yet but have used Revolution PCT (formula with arimistane) in the past alongside EVL Test)
Any suggestions would be appreciated, especially on PCT, as in the past I have had some trouble keeping gains during PCT (dumb me kept reps during last cycle between 5-8 so I plan on doing 8-10 reps for compound lifts and 10-12 reps for auxillary lifts until about half way through the cycle and then keep everything between 10-12 reps so that I can decrease reps and keep up strength during PCT).
