I haven't lost either. I fact all time high. Except I fell in love with food again. So dieting is annoyingDef a possibility. I can do 3 days with no rest. After this I start to lose strength and motivation. THe farther out I get the worse things get. I find that Optimal with regards to training and motivation is 2 days on 1 day off. I start getting chubby though with too many days off.
