Loving this tongkat.
Great leg workout

Past 2 days were a wash.

Back to dieting today. 3300 calories. Ish

Insane leg workout despite my back

I wonder how I feel tomorrow. Chest tomorrow

So weights basically stable. Got to get back in cardio game

But legs pretty sore. Back is sore and in pain

Nerve restore is going to be used today as I use it mainly just chest day

I really got to buckle down. I have 8 weeks.

Haven't had a day off the gym in over 2 weeks. Just happens that way

Dude you need rest days lol. Cns burnout will set in eventually and youll crash.

Weights goin up on hardest lifts.

Cardio capacity up (superset 30sec row machine with 30 second lateral raises) with ease for 3 sets. Last set was 1 minute. ****ing baller

Fat burners I need more then the average bear

Lol

Most libido/test boosters I feel nothing from mainly because they don't work.

Sleep aids. Nada. Unless I blend my own ****

It's a problem when I formulate because I end up putting what I personally need causing some products to be to strong for customers. IE recompadrol.

I'm after recomping with no weight increase but increase in strength. If that is at all possible.

Fluctuate. No stead increase

Don't expect it honestly. More so density, I'd like to see more leaning but hasn't been that long

Great workout

Incorporating some new lifting tempos for a few exercises after all strength stuff is done

A lot if time under tension. Ends up being 18 rep set but has 3 if the 18 reps (at different times) slow as **** really killed my chest today. Was super nice.

The entire set may be about a minute long

This is going to change may 5 when I have my carbs post workout and pre bed.

Need to see how schedule is set up if ill have to IF. Waiting on a few different things

Yesterday I didn't count calories

Libido and erection quality seems to have leveled off. Diminished

Back yesterday went well. Got 2 extra reps on the chest assured row. I increased weight on the one arm dead stop db rows

Recovery seems to be a little better. I think I'll be taking a rest day tomorrow. It's hard for me mentally.

Cheated bad yesterday. I feel like garbage today.

Its possible estro is rising with the tonkgat/boron. Id be surprised if its enough to kill libido but its possible.
Its also possible that the crappy eating it the culprit.

Been a few days like that

Estro not a prob as gyno is not flaring

The eating was just one day.

It was Friday it starte.

May just need to take a day off the gym.

I can do 3 days with no rest. After this I start to lose strength and motivation. THe farther out I get the worse things get.
I find that Optimal with regards to training and motivation is 2 days on 1 day off.
I start getting chubby though with too many days off.

I haven't lost either. I fact all time high. Except I fell in love with food again. So dieting is annoying

Adding cardio in again this week. Got to make it happen

I got sort of lucky as i was sick in bed for easter. At least i didnt over eat, however, with my current maint cals if I dont train I start to get chubby. Im right on the cusp. I gained 4lbs over the 5 days i was sick lol. All in my stomach.
Yes I've been shorting myself in food last fee days

Yesterday was shoulders

Felt ok. For some reason wasn't feeling it. Big lifts aren't up as I'd like. (Strict press)

Diet has been spot on. Kinda changing it up a little bit as it's getting closer to end of May

Hoping to be close to contest ready by may 31


Lots been going on. Moving , so I've been dealing with that and what not

Training and diet may have to change in the next couple weeks with opportunities given to me so I'll have to rearrange that

All good stuff.

I stopped the tongkat the other day. Will start up again Monday

Then I'll run it 5 days on 2 days off. Possibly. Follidrone still using. Taste like ****. I bit the capsule so I can taste it. ****ing nasty.

But in the deficit of diet ect I'm holding onto more then I usually am which says a lot for the product. Some lifts have even gone up

Now the leanness is coming on

Been pretty ****ing drained energy wise but I know it's what I'm taking

It'll get better by the end of the week. But difference is there. I see strength even on deficit and burners I'm on. Which is so nice.

Tomorrow is legs

Interesting. I have my 2 bottles of follidrone too but I was gonna wait till after my cut to start because I thought I would get more out of it that way. Plus TTA, alphamine, burn 24, armistane and alcar is a lot to take already.

stagger it and make it an 8 week cut/recomp

To reiterate my drained feeling is from

Other supplements, moving, and working. Poor sleep.

Working and poor sleep has always kept me drained

I see a tremendous retention of strength considering

I was like "I have a problem". Such that what I haven't / don't use I have issues getting rid of

It's crazy. I have a bunch of **** I have every intention of using then I some how accumulate more and put off the use of it

I remember when you told me you stocked up on the carb powders and then somehow was disapointed when I mentioned PN's Carboslin, and you realized you didnt have it.

We're all here for the same reason though. Luckily I have to budget real life too.

Yea I'm ready to just start back in about 6-10 days to reverse diet getting lean as ****. Text me I'll tell you about it
