Im starting a workout log on here, here is some info on me

Name: Dylan Berg
Number of years working out: 5 years
Total Powerlifting competitions done: 3
Total Powerlifting training: 9 months
Current Bodyweight: 180lbs
Specialty: Deadlift
Weakness: Bench
Height: 5"8 1/2

Current Maxes and Goals:
Deadlift Max: 590lbs, Tier 3 goal: 625lbs, Tier 2 goal: 650lbs, Tier 1 goal: 700lbs

Squat Max: 420lbs, Tier 3 goal: 450lbs Tier 2 goal: 475lbs, Tier 1 goal: 500lbs

Bench Max: 265lbs, Tier 3 goal: 280lbs, Tier 2 goal: 300lbs, Tier 1 goal: 330lbs

I am also 100% natural and plan to stay that way for life.

With that being said my routines stay fairly similar. I like to train 5 times a week. I will post my workouts daily and I will post vids of me doing the lifts, so you guys can view them.

I also should say everyone that i am competing in my 4th meet and its about 5 weeks away

Zcol94, ya man I try to do a meet every 3 months or so, my next meet was only 7 weeks in between my last one, the reason I took it was because after this next meet is 4 months away, so If I didn't do this one coming up I would of had to wait like 6 months.

I did a meet January 24,2015, May 2,2015, July 4, 2015, and my next one is August 22nd:)

Just looking for more experience in general, I have westerns end of November:)
