NARRATIVE:

Taking Stimul8 and MAXPUMP at the 30 minutes out mark compared to taking Stimul8 at the 15 minutes out mark has proven quite beneficial. Usually I'd feel Stimul8 kick in about halfway through my workout which didn't help me much at all with my main lift of the day which always comes first. After that epic shoulder day I had this week due to taking my Stimul8 a little earlier than usual I think it really helped me adjust my timetable for when to take my preworkout. Taking them at 30 minutes allows them to saturate and generate their effects right as I'm finishing up with my stretching/warmups. Had some beta alanine tingles on my lips initially but those faded away and then came the usual cycle of 1) cold chills, mostly in the extremities followed by 2) huge increase in body temperature which brings along with it 3) increased energy 4) increased focus and most important of all to a powerlifter 5) increased aggression! I've been home for about half an hour now and there is no crash... just a very gentle easing back to baseline. My vascularity and "pump factor" in the gym today was off the charts and took me by surprise. Usually I blame too much body fat % for not being able to see veins besides my forearms but as I was doing the one arm rows (and felt like the Michelin man at that point) I noticed an ENORMOUS vein running up my bicep. You can see these on a lot of guys that are lower in bodyfat. Usually they are nice straight veins but mine was the disgusting squiggly type of vein that no one wants to see... but it was nice to see it peek itself out for a few sets :D!

Tomorrow will be a rest day and then Tuesday I'm either doing squats or whatever pete8407 wants to do as he will be in town! I'll give him a little sample of Stimul8 and see how to reacts to it!

Mine too. She's ultra supportive even though she talks smack. This will be her first week of counting calories/macros, and her 7th of working out. Before long she'll be right where I want her... :D

It was definitely a great time lifting, with that extra stimul8 I was f**kin juiced! That's why I was all over the place Hittin every weight possible in that building! Yes the apple flavor is damn good, I now want to try the Finaflex bcaa/saa apple flavor soooo bad. DJ can lift some crazy weight! I was watching him leg press, I should of filmed it for everyone, it was intense.

Brother DJ!!! THat is wicked! I swear as good as i've got my incline bench too I can't ever get high on bicep curls with db's. Right now for last several month's Ive battled my elbows inflamed like hell. I even backed off weights for a while and still didn't help much. But those 60's are beast!
