Been reading a literal $hit-ton of fantastic articles / posts around here like Yate84's Andro User Guide etc. I've messed around with Osta, Laxo and some other supps but I think I'm ready to dive into the proverbial Andro-pool and start my first real PH cycle.
Me in a nutshell:
Lifting on and off since I was 15, but really got serious about it 5 years ago.

This being my first PH cycle I'm looking for some insight and recommendations on how those of you with more experience would put this together; doses, times, 220mg/day for my noob status, or 330mg/day and let it rip...etc? Also, if there's anything like joint support or whatever else you would recommend, I'm all ears.
