Well it clear that diet is extremely important for people who want to lose weight . The first and foremost thing is diet plan which take the easy road and provide dieters a quick short lived solution . This diet plan should contain foods which are low in carbs and high in vitamins as well . So fruits and vegetables are the best foods in diet for the the same purpose .
