Funny title aye?

My dad is 54 years old and got bad joints, not from working out but you know this thing called life, working as a carpenter his whole life, knees and back is pretty much worn out..

So my idea is to let him run a joint support or something to see if he gets better, any suggestions?

High dose Omega 3,

SNS Joint Support XT,

Antaeus labs: Achilles,

USP Labs: Super Cissus,

Serious Nutrition Solutions: Cissus XT,

Core Nutritionals: Core Flex,

PES GenoFlex,

Scivation FLEXATRIL,

I think that is most of them.

Joint support XT
Genoflex
Flexitril (sp?)

all three have had stellar feedback across the board.

I gave my grandparents Joint Support and they both rave about it and even wanted me to get their villa neighbours some :D

I would also throw in Hyaluronic Acid. It is also good for the skin at sufficiently high doses (400mg+)

Big up for Flexatril. Finishing up a log and this stuff has been pretty amazing.

Also had descent results in the past with cissus and Orange Triad.

Always sufficient omega 3's, vitamin c, and some collagen/gelatin thrown in for good glycine content too.

I would look into a good laxogenin product also after the joint sup is taken care of, laxogenin helps alot of joint issues with guys that i know.

Strength Unleashed from Olympus Labs and Most Wanted from Iron Forged Nutrition are our most popular ones.
