This will be my 2nd ph cycle. My first run was epi2a3a I had great results gained and maintained 10 lbs of lean mass while I got ripped. I have been liften for about 3 years heavily, until recently 3 months ago I was very sick and quit liften I have been started back for about almost a month now. Strength is coming back very nice I trained each muscles almost twice a week and engorge. For the past year I have been on a plateau on strength and size. I eat like I've never ate before everyday. In about 2 more months I planned on running super dmz 2.0. I have oct by vl and pct by vl and clomid. I'm 5' 11 210 lbs 23 years old my 1rm bench 350 squat 425 I eat 6 to 8 full meals a day protein carbs and fats every meal snack all day between meals. I have been increasing all my macros since I began liften again after injury THOUGHTS?
