Kai is a mass monster. He needs to tighten his waist and make it slimmer cuz he's short and he looks stumpy.. I always liked Victor Martinez's physique but his conditioning is never spot on at the OlympiaOh yeah!! Animal... Jay Cutler is Fantastic, and still kinda young and he looks great!! Retirering! Yeah rite! Still got 10 more years ahead of him.!
Yeah I agree. It's not about how many lbs you are because if that was the case what ever happened to Markus Rhul lol. It's what you personally bring to the show. Size, shape and definition. Jays downfall at last years Mr.O was his waist wasn't tight, his chest was soft, he had wrinkles going down his lower back and obviously his torn bicep. Let's see what happens now. This is gonna be a rebirth for Jay Cutler and his physique. 2.0!!!

Last year at the sheru classic in mumbai india he finished4! Pretty darn good! And MHP"s maximum human performance supplements are a pretty good supplement brand. . . . !!!! & Company as well. Don't think it's offseason because the heavyweights prepare for the O by June. 202s (212 now) usually stay relatively lean all year round don't out on too much body fat so I believe they start a lil later. Cutlet had a speedy recovery after that bicep injury. I guess money gets you the best doctors and specialists in the business lol
Yeah I think it would be pretty amazing if Jay can regain the title from losing it twice
This years Mr. O is going to be an exciting 1. Both Jay and Vic are regaining their size and preparing for the O at the same time. We have Branch Warren who made some great improvements on his physique. He still has the big, hard, grainy look like Dorian Yates but he got tighter. Phil Heath probably didnt do too much to his physique. He probably just made small improvements to what the Judges say is a Mr. O body. Even when you win a show you still go up to the judges and ask for opinions on their body

Yeah it's the 212s and super heavy weight guys. There's also amature contests and fitness Olympiad but yeah for Mr. Olympia its just 212s and the big mother*****rs lol

Jay already announced he wasn't doing the olympia! Looks like it will be between Branch and Phil!
Ohh wow I didn't hear about Jays announcement. Thanks for that update. Should be an interesting Olympia between Phil and Branch. We know what package Phil is bringing but I have a feeling Branch is going to surprise everyone this year. Branch is deff the underdog!
Def.! I cant wait to watch them two, I still have my money on Phil though, Branch is def. the underdog which is somebody and something you should never underestimate but I always have my money on phils body.... amazing!
Idk man you just never know with these damn IFBB judges. Theres always contraversey with the judges. Flex Magazine's FaceBook page did a comparison photo of Phil Heath and Flex Wheeler since they both have similar conditioned bodies. We all know Flex never won an Olympia title and Phil did. The judges back than said Flex's physique wasn't worthy of a Mr.O title and now in this day and age they are saying Phil's physique is acceptable. If you look at the comparison photo you can clearly see that Flex's body was bigger and much conditioned than Phil's. So like I said its all about the judges opinion on what they are looking for.
I saw branch a week ago at my contest here in Texas. He guest posed and I got to pump up with him back stage. He is looking bigger than ever! But Phil is stupid symmetrical!
Yeah I seen some recent photos of him hes looking big but one advantage is how hard and grainy he looks. I personally am not a fan of how he trains but he is the man; I don't judge his style. I hate those dudes who believe in like 1 standard way of working out whether its the style or equipment used (freeweights/machines/bands). I love the intensity and focus he has which is why I watch his videos.
You should see it in person... It's almost scary! Lol
He looks like a bad motherfu**er! LoL And at the show it will be even perfect with the condition and carb loading phase and also where they put site injection oil to bring up the lagging parts or to make one side of the body equal to the other side. He's deff a contender and no one should be sleeping on him
That's what I thought... But he always fails to get into his peak form and conditioning... That's what lets him down.. Hopefully this time it will be different..
