So I'm sorts new to creatine, and am considering taking it
just to see how I respondto It. I know what the purpose of creatine is but I also know it can cause your
belly to bloat up. I was reccomnded concrete creatine becuase I was told
it bloats your muscles up and not your belly, is this true?

Go for a low contaminant creatine. All Creatine Monohydrate can cause some form of bloat, however. Check out a pure version of it such as Creapure, by Primordial Performance.

I bloat up super easy, and ethler ester isn't worth it from what I've been told. Any concrete creatine takers?

Creatine pulls water into the muscle. If you get stuff that is hard to digest, it may cause bloating in the digestive tract, but Im still not convinced that it is increasing water outside the muscle. Try micronized creapure.

Well right now I'm on a mild cut and looking for something that's gonna help me keep my muscle fullness because I feel they have deflated a bit during the cut WITHOUT bloat

that's what Im saying. If you get it processed to be digestible, I don't think it will bloat yu in a bad way.

Creatine isn't supposed to bloat, its intracellular, so it should saturate muscles NOT simply underneath the skin.

I haven't seen many use creatine on a true cut yet either, most take to gain strength and end up eating like a horse

Just get Creapure.... It's cheap as dirt and quite effective when used correctly. If it makes you bloated then just stop taking it. Honestly it gives me a very slight bloat but the gains I make are easily worth the trouble.

I would try KreAlk creatine. There are a few companies out there that make it. It is the lasest creatine craze.

For myself I had the best gains on muscle te ch creatine. I would add a few grams of monohydrate to it and use half servings because how much dam sugar is in there. I would even brush my teeth afterwards because it was so bad. (that was with half scoups)

The other creatine I like was M R I anabolic switch. It is similer to MT but much barely any sugar and around 25g of carbs. It also has some Bcaa which is nice. But both creatine's use the insulin spike method for better absorbtion into the muscles.

I really think that is the best way to use monohydrate. I use it with 20oz of gatorade, 6-7g's or so. It almost works as good as the two others listed above.

If your broke i would take that route, If you have some loot to spend try one of the brand name products. If you dont want any bloat/water retention only get KreAlk, it is the only kind that will work that way.

Sorry. What I meant was that you whant to get your creapure micronized, so that it will move through your digestive tract easily. I find that with supplements/bulk powders in general, your digestive tract doesnt like dense powders. It likes fine powder.

And on a slightly different note. The bloat inside the muscle is good for the muscle. It provides hydration.

Creatine Ethyl ester has been proven to be an inferior creatine. Just type creatine ethyl ester and bunk into the search engine.

I honestly don't see why people are buzzing about all of the creatine mockeries out there... Not ONE study has ever conclusively shown any form of creatine to be more effective than pure monohydrate. Arsenal, I highly recommend you stick with what's been proven to work. You won't be disappointed.

This even includes Krealkylin(spelling)

creapure is the way to go....it digests easy because its micronized so it has a smaller particle size and is free of detectable impurities..... mix it with koolaid and ull be golden.... kre alk is just baking soda and monohydrate...waste of money....any bloating ive ever had is from using cheap monohydrate which i dont digest well....and i get gasses and get the runs= stomach bloated.....creapure is the best no bloat, no stomach discomfort

Have you tried our Kreaceps product? It's definitely effective and definitely NOT a waste of money.

I do intend to try creapure in the future though as it seems that a balance of the variety of any supp seems to be the most beneficial, look at carnitine

I agree with the Creapure suggestions.

Could also try Orotine from MAN Sports if you would like. No bloat whatsoever on the product.

I for one am not a huge creatine mono guy....
