Hello there all,
Just got my 4x cortisol saliva tests in :
Morning 3.7 3.7 - 9.5
Noon 0.8 1.2 - 3.0
Evening 1.3 0.6 - 1.9
Night 0.4 0.4 -1.0
My morning cortisol level has dropped slightly from 4.1 to 3.7
dispite adding Vit C, B5 and Maca.
I have tried isocort and cortef in the past but had some nasty side effects.:
Made me constantly tired physically and mentally
Massive water weight increase, felt bloated too hell
These effects were experienced from just 2 pellets of Isocort, roughly 5mg of Cortisol.
Would anyone recommend Medrol ? I read that Medrol has less water weight increase side effects than Cortef, Isocort etc
I have other test results if it helps with the evaluation like Free T3,(N) Dhea(L) Shbg,(L) Progesterone(H) etc
