Whats up brothers in IRON!!!
Started out with 2 scoops with 16 oz of water and taste great mixes well and NO after taste.
Hit chest and back-did 25 min cardio on eliptical then smashed.
Dumbbell press 55x15-60x12-65x10-70x10-75x10
Flys-50x10-45x12-40x12-35x15-30x15
Lat pulldowns-100x20-130x15-140x12-150x10-160x10
Reverse grip same weight ad reps started with 160 worked down to 100.
Chest press Machine-135x20-185x15-205x10-185x10-135x12
T bar rows-90x15x2sets-70x2 sets of 15 reps
Was pressed on time due to busy schedule and my daughter was in the kids club so had a time limit .
Over all first impression was great NO CRASH , no jitters felt great energy and arms felt pumped even though i didn't hit arms .
