Day 1: 8/13/12
Took the AM pills and Raz in the morning, went for a ride, and within an hour or so I noticed i had alot of focus and energy without the caffeine jitters. Havent gone to the gym yet...will post later

Not sure if the PM helped me sleep last night, actually I slept terrible. Took the AM and Raz this morning and have lots of energy, too bad I dont goto the gym until later

Its kind of good that im doing this because, i have tennis elbow. Im using low weights and high reps until it gets better. I slept better last night, so hopefully the PM is working better

So i checked my scale this morning, and it said i was down 3 pounds. I wasnt sure if it was right, so I checked it after I went to the gym, again scale said I was down 3 pounds...cool

So far I feel pretty good in the morning and throughout the day. The problem sleeping is no longer a problem, Ive been sleeping great at night, taking the PM just before bed. On sunday i will post my weight.

After week one I have lost 3 pounds. My mood and focus is really good. Ive been sleeping really good. So far so good. Cant wait to see how much I lose this week and get towards my goal

No gym this weekend. Im a wedding the whole weekend. I noticed some weight loss this week, but I assume when I get home from this eat-fest, I probably gained!!1

It's been going pretty well so far. We all have set backs, in a case like a wedding your inclined to pig out and have a good time :) You'll work it off in a few workouts and be back on track :)

This is common with REDuction and actually a very good sign that things are working. :)

So im kinda disappointed (not in the product) but myself. I lost a total of 7 lbs, way off my goal. But I liked the products. My review kinda sucked because Ive never logged a weight loss product. Most of the time its been muscle builders, so it was kind of hard to write a review everyday.

I really liked the the AM, even though it had caffeine in it, I wasnt Jittery all day. I especially liked the PM because it made me sleep without feeling groggy in the morning, and it made me sleep fast.

I would use these products again, but I would work harder next time. Thanks again for letting me log the AM/PM and raz.
