Been a little slow since restarting work again. My regular workouts (regularity of workouts) will resume Monday.
Just got back into the classroom after summer break and the little ones have me exhausted lol.
Stimul8 has kept me going though.
Tomorrow will start anew after a week of rest.

Don't do it. It's QB Sam Bradford, a couple of banana hammocks.... well, you get the idea.

I thought the name of the over and back shoulder press was the Bradford press. I may be wrong.

Yeah I use one of the 1" bands. Let's me hold the contraction at the top and slow the eccentric nicely. I am able to focus on trying to pull the bar apart with my hands and really get a hard activation.

Got in a quick workout today.

Did two couplets of:
Band Assisted Chins and Upright Rows (55lbs) for a 100 reps each

Incline DB Bench (55lbs) and Trap Bar Deadlifts (235lbs) for a 100 reps each

I went back and forth between the exercises every time I hit positive failure. Rest was the time it took to get from one exercise to the next.

Good pump by the end of the workout.

I wanted to try something new today to finish off everything. I will try to explain what I did.
Lying supine on an incline bench (say 30degrees), I took two 10lbs plates (one in each hand). Under the bench, I pressed the two plates together between my palms so my fingers were not gripping the plates. Squeezing the plates between my hands I started lifting the plates up over my head and back down again, so at the top the plates were in line with my head and thus the angle of the bench. I then lowered and repeated. This fried my pecs, front delts and biceps something fierce.

Just want to say that I have been loving the Stimul8 caps. It has been a month since beginning using the product. The energy is great, clean and consistent. I have found that I respond well to two caps PWO- gives me a great push in the gym. I have also found that it is an amazing pick-me-up when I'm dragging. Using one pill during rising and one at lunch has been a great way to keep pushing through a lagging day.

I'd say about 10 breaths. Just enough to shake out the shoulders and traps and get back at it.

Thanks Register! I am playing with the Meadows programming and my own. If he has a pump focus, then I will make sure that's what I am doing. I may change the exercise from time to time.
I also love super-setting exercises to create big pumps.

For me the pump is were is at. Not stronk enough after this diet. Soon I will start a reverse diet and start up another mass cycle. Then I fully plan to come back here and try some of these work outs!!!!

Turff- legs have actually been feeling really good. Don't know if it's the LGD/Stano or what but even with the volume and hitting positive failure on the sets, my legs feel pretty damn good the next day. Going to push hard while the getting is good that's for sure!!!
