Purpose of log: Track progress on my journey from 173 lbs to 180 lbs.

* Goal: Gain 7 lbs in 8 weeks!
Background: I just finished an Xtreme Tren cycle and logged cycle, PCT, and post-PCT for a total of 14 weeks. This log could be considered a continuation; I decided to create a new log since after 4 weeks of post-PCT the cycle should be considered finished. My goal now is to gain 7 lbs without an increase in body fat, although a drop in body fat would be great! I'm going to focus on the basics: diet, proper exercise, and sleep.
