This log will be of my meals, supps, and rest for my bulk prior to dieting. I will be doing moderate cardio, but heavy training for this. In addidition, I will be doing moderate circuit style training 2-3 times weekly, because I am in the NAVY. This is the first day.

Meal 1: 3 Eggs Over easy, Milk 24oz.
Meal 2: 8oz ground sirloin, 1 sweet potato, 1 tbsp smart balance omega, 1 tbsp ketchup.
Meal 3: 8 oz beef, 1 cup rice. 1/2 cup peas
Meal 4: 50 GM nitro core 10
Meal 5: (Whatever galley is serving. I will eat as clean as possible.)
Meal 6: same as Meal 2
** I am on duty today. I am in the navy serving on a ship. I eat galley meals in between mine.
