sub the gms with grape seed extract and i'd say this is a win. gms works differently than the pathways of cm and agmatine, plus gms never seemed to help me much in the way of fullness/pumps.

Were you drinking enough water with the GMS? Always seems to workout better with more water.

I just saw the ingredient list of a new pre workout touting it contains agmatine sulfate to help pumps . Too bad it only contains 5mg per scoop. Then I just thought of my closet full of Hemavol and it's 500mg per scoop dose !

Sounds liked it was meant to be stacked with AAEFX Nytric EFX Pro.

500mg of creatine ??? The ingredient profile is suspect on some things .

Hemavol is king for pumps lol...Once pay check comes this monday I'm ordering some for my stim-free run !! Nice 4 tubs should be enough for a month or 2 hahaha

I love the listings of big numbers next mcg. Just add a bunch of good ingredients and under dose the heck out of them.
