Notes: the high rep range with that weight on deads completely killed me... I was gassed out adter the firat 3 sets and forced myself through the rest of it. By the time i got through all the deads i wanted to quit. Kinda just cruised through the rest after that. Im gonna feel it tomorrow for sure
