was the skull crusher used to tap the tri's and/or a prelude to a up coming tri workout? I never finished a chest workout with a set of tri's before.
I was short on time and the gym was filling up and i was supposed to do a few other things but didnt want to deal with peak gym hours lol

gotcha- its not a bad idea- well it is right this minute cause I crushed my tri's yesterday and they hurt now but (lol) might be something to throw in down the line to shock the muscles

The effects from the Monopump have stayed just as spectacular throughout the whole time ive ran it. Love this stuff.

funny you should say this- about quitting. On a log that i am doing, i mentioned this. there always comes a time when your at the gym when you either stop, get up and leave or look at yourself in the mirror, dig in and say "no friggin way am i quitting" I remind myself of the times i look in the mirror and want bigger traps, wider lats or the peak to be a bit bigger on my right bicep.

imho those are the days that give you the best workouts. you dig in deep and go for it

I remember reading that actually. Its the truth. Feels good when you're done. I hate the thought of quitting when it gets a little tough.

WAF sent me an text at the right time- i swear chris, it was at the exact right time- that sometimes comes in handy. sometimes not having a spotter or gym bro has its setbacks

Yeah i train alone for the most part. Theres a dude i got to church with thats right around the same strength as me that i lift with sometimes. Its nice having someone make you hit those forced reps past failure. Its just easier to lift alone and not have to coordinate times with someone else and all that.

i hear that. there are a few guys in mine as well.

ok well meet next week or later in the week, but either they are late or im too early or im late. however, there are at least a few guys who know what they are doing, so if i ask for a spot, i trust them and they know how to give a spot.

we need a virtual gym that would make things easier

Yeah it would lol. What i hate the most is when you ask someone to spot you and they just help you when you dont need it.

I'm starting to see the all day pump effects from this as well. Waking up now I feel like my muscles are tighter like I'm on a cycle of something....natural of course ;)

So today was my last dose. This was an amazing product. It works great for what its advertised for and its effects didnt dissipate at all in the time i spent logging it. I would recommend this product to anyone and i would buy it myself for sure. Once again a big thanks to hvactech and NI for giving me the chance to try this product and log it for them. Also should say that i was dosing at 5 caps for most of the run and lifting almost every day. And also i did dose twice on some days that i worked out twice. I started at 4 caps and the part of me that says "Well i might as well try more..." got me to go up to 5. Honestly i think 4 caps was just about as good as 5 for me weighing 230. But i just never went back down to 4. So take that for what its worth :) I hope to have given some people some interest in giving this product a shot cause its definitely worth it. Ill be buying more myself when finances allow.
