Been lurking the forum for a while now and finally put together a nice cycle. It will be a 6-7 week of an SD/Epi bridge with hCG 250iu 2x a week.
Looks like this:
SD 20/20/20
Epi 0/ 0/ 30/45/45/....Maybe one more week of Epi at 60 mg for the final week if everything is going well.
hCG 250 iu 2x a week starting in week 2.
PCT: Tamox 20/20/20/10
Supports:
Liver juice, fish oil, fiber, and red yeast rice as support supps.
I will be dosing fish oil very high to make up for joint support. 10 caps a day.
History:
I was always stuck on the 150 lbs mark thinking I was a "hardgainer." After tons of research I put myself at 180 pounds and realized there is no such thing as a hard gainer. It only takes the right diet and training. I feel I am now ready for a first real go at some of these compounds.
I have always wanted to be at the 205 lb mark with a low body fat. I won't get there with this cycle but it will help me on my way there.
Goals:
Mostly recomp with less attention to mass gains. I wanna sit at 190-195 with a very low bodyfat% after this. I will use the SD for the initial mass gain, and Epi afterwards as a recomp tool.
Diet is in check.
Workout:
My workout is a little complicated. I will be running a push/pull/legs split doing 2 a days in the gym. For the first three weeks while on SD my workouts will be primary muscle groups in the morning, with isolation exercises in the evening. Once Epi phase kicks in I will be doing cardio in he morning, and full workouts in the evening. Foe example.
Week 1:
Mon- morning-chest, evening-tris, shoulders
Tues- morning-back, evening- biceps, traps
Wed- morning-Legs, evening, calves
And so on... till week 4
(obviously my evening workouts will be short--also will be doing calves and abs every evening)
In Week 4 things change up:
Mon- morning-cardio, evening ,chest, tris, shoulders
Tues- morning-cardio, evening-back, bi's
Wed- morning-cardio, evening- legs
I'm taking FULL advantage of this cycle.
The reason for hCG is:
1. Don't wanna hop in the sack with a small nut sack with the gf.
2. I want the smoothest PCT possible.
3. I had test atrophy once and it wasn't fun at all.
4. Combat SD's suppressiveness. Want to be running normally through the whole cycle.
Cycle will start Monday the 28th. Starting log early for any suggestions before I start the cycle.
Been cutting for the past 2 months so I don't put on much fat on this cycle.
Current weight 180 (was 185) ..don't know bf
