Well iirc there was this case a while back, that a lady went to help after someone got run over.

She got took to court and was sued for the injuries sustained, even though all she did was help.

Hence why you see this going on, can't blame people really.

I actually love China. Take a trip there some day. The people and culture are mind blowing. It will give you some new perspectives on life.

You have to understand how it operates over there,

Not long ago for example a man helped a elderly woman who was hit by a car on the street and he was successfully sued after helping her.

People are paranoid of lawsuits as ridiculous as it sounds because there is widespread scam's going on over there.
