I didn't like the first taste of snickerdoodle but it definitely grew on me... I always find those reverse grip presses awkward. But I will give them a try as well.
Why didn't you like the taste? I haven't tried it so I'm trying to get different perspectives.

First few sips I found odd. Never tasted a snickerdoodle cookie though. Found it very sweet. But then about half way through the shake I was like ok this sh*ts good lol

Seemed very lean today. Upper body is filling out nicely with reduced stims. Had pretty good workouts today and wed. and will get the lifts posted tomorrow.

I skipped cardio today and will do JUST cardio tomorrow. Then do Fridays lift on sat and take Sunday entirely off. This is bc I simply don't have the same work capacity I did on EC. Oh well, that's just the reality of it I guess! Shorter more frequent workouts for now.

Body comp is good overall. Can't complain as I have loosened up the strictness of my diet, adding in more fat and sugars slowly. Natural sugars that is. I've Been craving carbs lately. Mood had been somewhat down. Very vivid dreams all week long.

I Am liking Prime+pfull+100mg forskolin 95+erase. Libido is OK, not great. But this is normal for 75mg arimistane. Ill be dropping to two caps for the final week of jan, then 1 cap for two days and come completely off. I like to taper down erase, personal choice.

Will be picking up a bottle of norcodrene for PES insider and using it in march following my YC run. That is also when I will try out the NEW erase. Not the new pro. The new erase formula has been posted on PES website

Decent. I like this program tho bc u get to do standard hyper work in a different workout from your heavy sets. I don't "grow" easily so.. But I'm sure those who r prone to easy gains would like this type of program

I believe someone is sending me 3 days worth of norcodrene samples! :D I am gonna make my insider purchase regardless, but I won't be running the bottle for a while. But I will use those 3 days worth as soon as they arrive and post thoughts

That too, but was asking if you find them easier (and stricter form) in the rack
Ahh, yes and no. I find it hits my traps and upper back more in the smith. BB hits shoulders more for me.

I wish the gym wasnt so full right now bc I'm so fking vascular and pumped its insane. I wanna take a pic but I can't. Doing back and bis... Taking a break bc my forearms r too pumped to lift for a few mins.... Not sure what's causing it either as nothing is changed from the last two weeks...

I'm thinking the Forsk95 may be kicking in.. 2 weeks at 100mg daily. I've never dosed it like that before. Only ever took 50 a day.. Hmm. If this keeps up... Well, wow

I'm very intrigued by forsoklin, I bought some but was planning on usong it for a cut whenever that mat be....heard its better for cutting than bullking

The benefits of using it during a bulk is that it really keeps fat off n the gains are lean. I'm gonna have to attribute my improving body comp to it..

On a possibly related note to forskolin 95- woke up with crazy morning wood this morning , a rare Occurrence for me

Need to post Saturdays back and bis workout. But here is some select protein snicker doodle ice cream. So simple and so delicious. The texture and consistency is the best of any protein I've ever used for this.

Just the standard bag of ice recipe

16oz almond milk
2 scoops protein
Mix

Ziplock Gallon bag of ice filled half way w Ice
Add 1/2 cup salt to bag

Put protein mixed into a ziplock andwich bag

Put sandwich bag into gallon bag.

Shake til your shoulders burn then keep shaking.

Be sure to periodically break up the mixture as the outter layers will freeze solid if u don't n you'll get protein ice chips instead of Ice cream

I got a Cuisinart for $50. It is electric but the 'bowl' you put in the freezer for 24 hours. It makes really good ice cream and a big ass bowl too! lol
Oh nice not bad at all.

So I came off the defuse yesterday as Dsade says u should only use it for 21 days max straight. Then take a break. I will restart it when I go into my planned deload week/when I start YC stack. For that week I will lift full body once and do 2-3 LISS cardio sessions to gauge how yohimbine effects me and build up my tolerance before getting back in the gym hard. I'm lookin forward to that as this program has really been fun but taxing with the ten sets. Will be posting last 2 workouts soon. Snow storm In CT today. Need to get in for back and bis and get groceries before I hunker down.

Defuse thoughts:

I dosed 6-8 caps a day (2-4 before 2 meals) and enjoyed it. It kept my appetite down. I ate clean with it, but I ate to grow. (But had to force myself). I leaned out over the course of the run while not trying to what so ever.

Just totally took away App once I started eating I'd get full immediately

I don't crave junk foods anymore, been so long without them so even sitting right in front of them wont affect me

My norcodrene should be here tomorrow and I will jump on it until the end of the month I believe just to give it a try. Still waiting on samples from another member .. Not sure if they're coming.

Saturday 1/25 back and bi's

Bb rows 10 sets of 135 w strict strict form

Did good amount of accessory wrk with notable PRs of 180x4 for underhand lat pulldowns that's a reps PR

35lbs x4 for seated db curls that's reps and weight for that particular exercise

No cardio

Today I did 20 mins of LISS to kill some time while a buddy worked on my car next door to the gym. Broke a quick set and held my fast for a long time today before doing a big carb backload. Got 10x10's tomorrow for overhead press and skull crushers. It's gonna be a crazy workout plus 7-8 sets for chest and HIIT. One more week til a deload week though so gonna go all out this week!!

Might try a day or two of norcodrene this week too

Tried skull crushers 10x10 but wrist and elbow tendonitis has been flaring up probably bc I'm on final week of erase at 75mg daily. I got two sets of 50 x 10 and switched to straight bar press owns for 8x10 at 45lbs. Was perfect weight, great pump and mind muscle connection

I've always have had some elbow pain like that and ever since I've been using Formutech's Flexible, everything's gone! Absolutely love the stuff!

When are you starting your Norcodrene?
Might just hold off til march now no point in wasting a day or two of use when I have plenty other stims lying around. If this member sends me samples like we had arranged for him to do, then ill try them out before then for sure. Just don't wanna open my bottle yet.

I'm going to take it with a mild herbal diuretic too if needed bc in know that the form of yohimbe PES uses gives me bad water weight.
