Changing workout routines. Suggestions?

I've been running all pros intermediate routine for around a year and I'm ready to switch things up a while. For those not familiar it's an upper lower split. Primary lifts are sets of 4-8. Increase 1 rep each week while lifting same weight. Secondary lifts are 8-12 same progression. I've looked into starting layne nortons P.h.a.t routine. Can someone point me in the right direction as far as that goes. Also I'm about to start a cycle of 1/4/epi. Monday. And I started cutting this week at 2100 cal. Currently 5'11. 185.
