I bought some ce2 hi-def and its been working with a proper diet. I was at 213 on march 6th (dirty bulking with mono before and dont recommend that ) and now I count my calories (2000 on non-training days and 2500 on training days) I was at 199 this morning on march 18th. Once I get down to 190 I want to start stacking sups, does anyone recommend a certain stack? I would appriciate feedback. Also should I wait a couple weeks to start the stack?
