I've been seeing a growing popularity in Cassava Syrup, and it being advertised as "fructose free" and comprised of mostly glucose and maltose. I believe MadHava is the current brand making it. Does anyone know if this is an approved source of glucose, while trying to limit fructose consumption? Or even as another source of post work-out carbohydrate? I already utilize the commonly mentioned sources such as starches, dextrose, maltodextrin, etc. but I'm looking to add some variety. Like cassava syrup on rice cakes etc. Any bros out there who have more information on this particular syrup than I do? Much appreciated!
