Alright guys, I have been through 2 bottles of so of powerful in the past and liked it for the most part. I used it for sleep only, but now I'm going to dose it after workouts also, or maybe even before.

amongst others, stating that its not safe, no one know 100% what it is ( I thought it was l-dopa, as I see tons of threads calling it that )
Same with the cissus I ran across threads stating that it can mess with the estrogen levels in your blood ect.
I have done research on these and they seem safe and I havent seen anything negative on them. I have seen countless logs on them stating that they havent had any negatives yet.
