Incline Bench - 225lbs - 2 reps ( woot havent tried lifting this in a while and I was only expecting to get 1!)
Superset-BB rows - 185lbs - 8 reps
Incline Hammer Strength- 180lbs - 10 reps
DB bench - 70lbs - 8 reps
cable rows - 110lbs - 20 reps
Dips - bw - 7 reps
Decline Crunches- over 100 reps
Cardio -HIT- 18mins - 2.30miles
I ran 2 miles in under 14mins woot!
Today was a solid workout I felt like puking haha.
The IntrAbolic/IntraXcell is working Great! Strength and stamina are on the rise!
