Workout- Chest/Back

Incline Bench - 225lbs - 2 reps ( woot havent tried lifting this in a while and I was only expecting to get 1!)
Superset-BB rows - 185lbs - 8 reps
Incline Hammer Strength- 180lbs - 10 reps
DB bench - 70lbs - 8 reps
cable rows - 110lbs - 20 reps
Dips - bw - 7 reps
Decline Crunches- over 100 reps

Cardio -HIT- 18mins - 2.30miles
I ran 2 miles in under 14mins woot!

Today was a solid workout I felt like puking haha.

The IntrAbolic/IntraXcell is working Great! Strength and stamina are on the rise!

235 for 8-10 reps is some serious incline work. You'll get there no doubt, glad to see everything is really kicking in for you man, keep it up.

Im sore today!
Last sets, weight still dropped for reps.
Workout Yesterday- Legs/Shoulders

Superset > Leg Extension - 270lbs x 12 reps
|>Leg press - 305lbs x 20 reps
Squats - 185lbs x 12 reps
Shrugs - 225lbs x 14 reps
Upright rows - 85lbs x 12 reps
Leg Extension - 100lbs x 25 reps, these are killer I get to 25 and my legs are dead.
Decline crunches - 100 reps

Im worn out today! I felt like puking towards the end of the workout, but I pushed on through, it must have been the fact that I had 2 hotdogs for lunch. The only thing that kept pushing me was the IntrAbolic! I love this stuff!

Im digging the lighter weights but higher reps, Im seeing some good growth with this program. It might also be the shock of changing the work out program and going to better quality supp's! IntrAbolic is a great product Im really enjoying the taste and the kick ass smell of green apples when you pop the top to take a sip.

Whew today was pretty good, the IntrAbolic is really helping now. I finished up my class's today, so now Ill have some more free time for the gym! Woot. Ill be up in there earlier so I can keep up my HIT cardio after lifting !

Here is what has been taking up a good bit of my time! Chick Magnet! His name is Buddy and his a 3 time championship bred Jack Russell. When I got him he weighed in at 1 pound, 2 ounces and today he weighed in at 2 pounds. :clean:

It was 495lbs on the leg press not 295lbs. lol I leg press less then I calf press..... haha My Calfs are so huuuge..... I think next week Ill switch up from reps and see how much weight I can lift.

WOW I have gained 7lbs b/c of christmas dinners/lunches/brunches.... Im heading out to a state park tomorrow, I rented a cottage for me and my girl, so Ill snap some cool pics to post up! Only hit the gym once last week, chest on wed but didnt get a chance to post. So far No sides at all, endurance is up, reps are up, energy is up, IntrAbolic is a winner all around! I still have a few workouts left on it and the whole I have a few guys and one girl at the gym that want to try it out. Ill be back in the gym on wed or thur so Happy New Years to everyone!

Woohoo working back up on the weights! By taking the IntrAbolic/IntraXcell spread out longer than a straight 30 day set has really improved my workouts. Thats one PR, 90lb dumbbell press's, and my Incline bench is on its way back up. I have been jogging 2 miles with my gf for cardio here lately, plus all the hiking we did in the mountains. Ill have the pics uploaded from the trip here soon.

Wa Wa Wu Wa!! We switched it up some Saturday and I could feel it! I havent hit flat bb bench in for ever, I wast really surprised I could do 225 still after doing DB flat for so long. It really pumped my chest up and then even lifting 225 on incline after that was good! I think we will do that step up again next Saturday. Im soon to run out of my IntrAbolic, I really dont know what Im going to do, but Im thinking of running my last bottle of MD2. Its such a bummer to be running out these freaking awesome AEN products. I love this stuff and I still love the Steel Edge, I only wish I could have mixed it with the IntrAbolic. I really think that would have been a killer stack along with the IntraXcell! If in the next couple of months I get a new job, then Ill be looking at running that set up.

Today was my last day on IntrAbolic/IntraXcell and I had to run through my back workout so I could make it to work on time.
All were sets were super sets.
Workout - Back/shoulders

Close grip T-bar rows- 125lbs x 14 reps
BB shrugs - 145lbs x 25 reps

BB rows - 145lbs x 16 reps
BB upright rows- 95lbs x 14 reps

standing BB Military press - 115lbs x 18 reps
Hammer Strength High Rows - 180lbs x 16 reps

Great sets today, I was feeling a good pump from set to set b/c of the short rest times. The IntrAbolic really works best when your moving the whole time, short rest periods and higher reps. It allows you to keep lifting or running for longer periods of time with out feeling fatigued or tired. I had a elevated mood during at the gym, a can do attitude, it was Im going to lift this weight. Overall great product Strength has been great and endurance is way up there, Its comparable to Steel Edge but I have seen more muscle growth with IntrAbolic.

I have noticed that my chest and back have grown more then my anything else, my legs have some more lines showing up though. I had lost some fat in the beginning but gained it back over the holidays so I have been semi-bulking by increasing the size of my meals.

I will get some final pics at my girlfriends place over the weekend. I think a run of IntrAbolic/Steel Edge and IntraXcell would really be the Ultimate Performance enhancing stack.

Sounds like you really got to enjoy it man. Those 3 products have become a core to my supplementation over the months and I haven't looked back.

Those pics look like you had a great time!! Looking forward to see some final pics as well man.

here are the pics! Finally got my camera to work again for a few pics. I have leaned down some even though my weight is up a couple pounds, I started at 210, Im now around 216-218. I have started waking up early to do cardio in the am and them lift later in the day.





This lower stomach fat is being stubborn and doesnt want to leave, so im thinking of running Leviathan reloaded for month since I had some good results the first run.
