Thank you for sharing! It seems that TB-500 is the better choice for healing as it has a pronounced anti inflammatory effect.
After researching other logs on BPC -and now viewing your approach, apparently my dosing protocol at 250mcg x2 is very conservative.
Will up the dose to 350mcg twice daily from now on.

My plan is, if I'm not fully healed in 3 weeks time, I will introduce HGH too. What are your thoughts on HGH?
Unfortunately for me i get prolactin spikes from it. Im not willing to take an anti prolactin med to combat to keep using. Thats just me. If i could i would use it though.

Also i would absolutely use igflr3, if i could use all the carbs needed post inj, over hgh for healing alone

I would def bump your dose to 700

When getting rid of the air bubble, it squirted and I was saying: "There goes five bucks...". It's not necessary to push all air bubbles out if going sub cutaneous or IM anyway.
Well, if you still wanted to get rid of the air bubbles, but not waste the peptide, you could always just squirt it into your mouth (like was talked about earlier in this thread) instead of squirting into the air to get rid of the bubbles. Then inject (just don't touch the needle with your mouth/saliva).

But I can't see how far I push the stopper while squirting in my mouth, do you mean like throwing an M&M in the air and catch it with my mouth? LOL

HGP - you saved my butt in the gym today. Was about to throw 50lbs more on the bar for shoulder presses and then I remembered the new rule - NO MORE EGO LIFTS! definitely woulda tweaked something if I had gone for it.... danke!

It's day 28 since my injury and day 4 using BPC-157

Yesterday at night and today in the morning I pinned 350mcg.
Not much to say about improvements. Overall it's getting better, not as quick and dramatic I had hoped for.
Will do legs, abs, rear delts and traps today, some cardio too, at the end rehab for 20 minutes.

Lets just remember this. Without an mri you are not sure what you are treating. You are assuming a tear. If that is the case bpc isnt gonna do much other than help with some inflammation etc. Its not going to reattach it or anything. Also if you have a bone spur rubbing vigorously on your soft tissues bpc again isnt gonna do much without getting some real anti inflammatory meds etc in there. It could also be a cartilage tear of the glenoid process which again would render bpc ineffective.

Just throwing that out there bro

Yes, you are right. Would be great to have a proper diagnose.
For sure it's not something overly dramatic, as it's getting better by the day.
This shoulder always gave me some pain, now- and then in the past, especially when benching -or doing overhead presses.
Incorporating rotator cuff exercises weekly is crucial, I see that now.
Judging by the location of the pain and the fact that using trigger point therapy works, points towards a tear in the tendon.

My wife has a bad shoulder now too from doing pilates. She went to a "specialist" who injected her betamethasone in the butt, gave her the same med as orals and send her home.
So much for MRI , LOL.

And now fourthed!!!
I just had my 2nd shoulder done. I was lucky enough to be blessed with acromion type 3 in both shoulders. The only good part is other than surgical pain and having bone cut off the recovery isnt bad since there is no repair to reinjure

Day 7 on BPC-157

Day 3 with higher dose of 350mcg / 2 times a day.

Shoulder seems to get progressively better! Since I started BPC I did not use any NSAIDs to evaluate BPC 's action.
Now I take daily Diclofenac with the BPC and feel much better.
I would say, shoulder is now at 70%. No much pain when moving in any direction, but still crackling in the socket.

Rehab exercises were pain free today, even did bench press with 20lbs DB's (lol at the weight).
If it keeps going like this, I should be doing push ups again by next week.

Some say BPC has systemic action, I can't say this to be true. My left biceps acts up when curling, the first few inches I move up from 0 position. I still have that pain.

As soon as my son is back from vacations (he went with his class to Argentina this lucky son of a biatch), he can tape me doing rehab -and rotator cuff strengthening exercises.
I use a lot of different exercises, some I found on youtube, others were shown to me by a Japanese guy at the gym, he is chiropractor and shiatsu master.
His name is unpronounceable, LOL, something like: Tschinosukoshi-matudashi-promolunkoto, LMAO
I call him "Chin", he doesn't complain.

Was at the farm and could throw the 25lbs cast net -and retrieve it full of fish without pain!

I declare : BPC-157 is AWESOME !

Still some crackling in the shoulder and during some exercises my arm shakes because of weakness, NO PAIN anymore!
Will keep doing rehab and will NOT do presses yet. If anyone was hesitating to buy this stuff, DO IT!
BPC seems dose dependent to me.
Decided to up the dose at night, pinning 350mcg in the morning and 500mcg before bed.

For anyone who want's to know the source, just PM me, it's an all American product, hint is in the text ;)

Everyone can do it! I was just like you. For my TRT, an old lady, former nurse, is pinning me weekly. I fugging hated needles. You have only to grow some balls. I still inject slowly, pushing the needle very slow in, it's like acupuncture, you almost can't feel it.

Today will be my first day pinning test myself. I'll try to get it in my delt, 125mg twice a week. As test-e is oily, I'm thinking to dilute it with bac-water to get it through the fine needle. Sure, I have some concerns -but hey, it's not rocket science.
When it comes to pin more cc, I might considering using my quads, as I can't reach my butt that well.

I use a 25g 5/8 inch needle for glute injection. No need to dilute even down to 27g. Slow and easy injection is the way to do it without damaging tissue with high pressure from a fast injection.

Will consider glutes too, my delt is sore the the day after. Also when blasting, the delt will be too small for more liquid.

Day 13 on BPC 350mcg mornings/400-500mcg before bed / IM delt ; 1 inch above perceived injury

-no pain when arm rested
-full range of motion
-slight pain when doing a movement like pulling up my pants by the sides
-no anti inflammatory action perceived from BPC alone, add NAISD's separately
-still crackling in shoulder, feels like lose in socket
-all rehab exercises pain free, besides 1 strengthening exercise:
DB lying side rises ; special exercise for supraspinatus:

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=nmxeVintdM0

This one still hurts, on a scale from 1-10 its a 7. When doing trigger point massage beforehand, pain at 4.

My impression of BPC in a nutshell:
It's not a fast miracle cure, like doing 1-3 injections and you are cured. You will feel better around day 10+.
Apparently you have to pin as near as possible to the injury, as it does not work systemic. The right shoulder is where I inject. I have 2 slightly painful spots in my left arm and both knees are arthritic, no change to them.
Doing a trigger point massage, if you can reach the spot, before injecting seems to help more, use a "knob" or something to heighten the pressure.
No better healing perceived at 500mcg, 350-400mcg is the sweet spot for me.

IMPORTANT:

Do NOT use strengthening exercises for rehab exercises!
There is a difference! I started strengthening after rehab.
Here some rehab exercises:

Strengthening:

The last one I started with 2 lbs DB's and it was very painful at first. 5-7 days after starting BPC I do them now with 8lbs DB's pain free, but bad arm is a bit shaky.

Thank you all for the support! Awesome community!

I ordered TB-500 too, to try it especially for my knees, Jebrook . Lets keep in touch to share the experience.
I hope TB-500 will give me the final push to recovery.

Today's training showed me my limits. No pressing movements still, even with only the bar.
Could do some presses with the aluminum bar to evaluate. Tried hex-press with 2x15lbs DB's, had to abort, too painful.
Did some triceps -focused push ups with hands under chest and close together, did not went well either.
Have to be more patient.
Pull overs is the only chest exercise I could do. Did it with one 55lbs DB (LoL) slightly inclined and with slow-mo reps.
For shoulders only rear delt exercises are pain free, did some sets with moderate-heavy weights.
My back is still going strong, did lat pull downs with 240lbs x10 R/P 4. Legs are getting stronger too, since my knees are better.

Did my strengthening regime, almost pain free.

Excellent log! I've used BPC before but at much lower dose which took longer to resolve injury. Will definitely be trying it at the higher dose next time.. . which I know will be soon being I'm the other side of 50.

Day 20 on BPC-157
-dropped dose to 400mcg once at night before bed
Currently off of NSAID's to evaluate shoulder. Healing progress estimated now at 90%, still NOT doing presses (trying next week).
-strengthening exercises (exhaustive) 2 times a week for 20-40 minutes
-implemented infra red heating prior to trigger point massage, right after that I'm injecting BPC -feeling like this regime is most beneficial due to increased blood flow to injury

Tried different NSAID's to compare efficacy for shoulder tears associated pain, here my findings, all at manufacturer suggested dosages:
1-10 (10 most effective) all orals
-Ibuprofen 3-4 (not good in comparison)
-Diclofenac 6-7 (wears off after day 3)
-Indomethacin 8-9 (best at 2x 50mg /mornings-before bed) Take with food, wears off after 3-4 days

Best working schedule:
3 days indomethacin (2x50mg/day;divided dosage, with food)
followed by:
2 days diclofenac (2x50mg/day divided, with food)
...repeat

So far, I guess that BPC-157 would NOT replace surgery when the tear is worse, it works great on minor -to moderate injuries, cutting the time needed for healing by half (my estimate).

Day 25 on BPC-157

Making progress, could do the first pushing exercises like inclined push ups (hands on bench).
Feeling that I may need 2 more weeks to be at 100%. Have enough BPC for a week.
Over and out.

Will take what I have left. Did order TB-500 to see if it does any good to my knees too, may do a log on that.
I could stretch my remaining dosage a bit, for me is obvious that strengthening is the key now, healing is almost finished.

Strengthening will be hard at the deficiency you're at but you're also on a good amount of anabolics so pushing yourself training can go either way. Light weight face pulls everyday will definitely help strengthen your rotator cuff.

You are right.
Will be interesting if a harsh cut is detrimental- or helps with healing. One would guess that strengthening would be tougher, on the other hand, fasting could speed up healing, read something about it's benefits.

One meal a day, at night. Intermittent fasting and very low cal, mainly protein and fibers. One carb refeed per week. All for 6 weeks then recomping, later on a short bulk if I'm healed enough. Going full in now, I'm sick of dieting slowly... fugg it.LOL!

You'll definitely get lean, you only really need to be consistent and hit cardio every day or every other day. With lifting you just need to preserve strengthen/muscle but your on anabolics so that won't be hard. IMO make you're sets light with high volume (15-20+ reps) and exactly like how your doing with 2 sets, you'll develop more muscular endurance and burn extra calories.
