Lets do some math.lets say I do a bench pressing movement once a week and I have trained for 5 years taking 2 weeks off a year. 50 weeks. Lets also asume I do atleast 5 reps and 3 sets. 15 reps in total. Thats 750 reps of pressing movements a year. 3750 reps in 5 years. Thats alot now that i look at it. What dose this all mean? Im very productive with my spare time at work.
