Does anyone where blue light glasses? I'm thinking about getting a pair, but Amazon has so many options i can't tell which are junk. The marketing on so many look legit.

my step daughter does. I have no idea if they work or if it's just hipster garbage.
I would be interested in knowing if it assists with TV as well as small screens as my wife's sleeping habits aren't the best so if it helped her I'd be down. Plus she looks hot in glasses.

I got a cheap pair a while back but recently they have been hurting my eyes when focusing on my computer for work or reading on my cell phone. The past year I've been really trying to not look at a screen 1-2 hours before bed. I can tell that reading a book versus looking a screen makes me feel less wired and eases my mind at bedtime. I can't tell if the glasses themselves make a difference.

Most phones and tablets have a night mode that does almost the same thing. Never noticed a thing from using glasses even the $100 blublock ones

I work at the computer a lot so I wear a pair quite often.

FWIW I tend to have less trouble falling asleep consistently when I use them regularly, but there are tons of variables in that equation to be honest.
