I have been swamped with the Letrone launch so its actually good that the raws havnt showed for the TD. I couldnt handle it anyways.
I think probably today or tomorrow they will show. Im also moving houses today and tomorrow so my time is very limited.
Letrone has shipped to retailers so there is stock available. The new TD will be ready soon for pre order.

Great day in the gym I was sweating so much it was insane. I'm noticing my strength going up on this 3rd bottle I don't know why but I like it.

sorry about the updates i have had a crazy week this week, but i have been hitting the gym steady along with work, im getting ready to go back to school for another masters degree in ABA so i have been registering for classes.

Pull down cable machine wide grip and super setter with close grip

One arm db rows
100x3x20 - the weight feels like pillows now it goes up so easy. I have been trying different angles for my lats

*i need to bring up my traps again what's better db shrugs or barbell ?

Stiff leg dead lift db for a stretch
100x3x14-15 reps

Cardio 30 mins High intensity

I feel great lately even with all the crazy stuff going on in my life right now.

If you have heavy enough dumbells I like those for trap size. Just get a much better range of stretch and contraction. Also like farmers walks with heavy dumbells.:)

Should I just do a lot of sets my gym only goes to 100

That's all my gym goes to unfortunately. I do 4-5 sets of 15-20 and really hold the peak contraction. Then I walk around the gym 3-4 times. That makes for about a 20-30 second farmers walk. If you want to put on new size you'll probably need really heavy dumbells shrugs in the 6-8 range. Then raise the reps with dbells. But high reps on traps really makes them grow for me.

I'm noticing that I don't really get hungry taking two pumps in the am I don't know what it is. My weight is steady at 219 but I look like a good 230 easily

Didn't perform deadlifts because I was pretty tired from work

Wide grip pull ups
10,10,10,9

Lat pull downs

Cable rows
175x4x20 - pr for reps

Db rows

Reverse grip barbell rows

The more I use it the stronger I am getting endurance wise, I also did not lose any muscle in the weight I lost I started at 227 and I'm 219 and look bigger than before I started. I think it's a game changer personally. Wait until ppl get their hands on this smh !

Yep. Some thing else too. ??

The process takes a while. We literally test ingredients individually. Probably won't be a while.

Deadlifts and some assurance work today

I'm really working in my form trying to perfect it so I don't go to like 500 or anything like that but got a lot of reps in. I was sweating so much just from deadlifts. I dosed two pumps before my workout and it was insane with the heating sensation. It's almost like ba and niacin flush but no tingles.

Thanks my pr is 335x3 though my strength is way way down since I started cutting in March. I refuse to go any lower than what I did yesterday.
little late to this log but wanted to say that is awesome! I LOVE incline and think high numbers on that REALLY says something about someone, you my friend are a BEAST

I believe brundel said it is a primarily systematic, but there was some spot reduction as well in the testers.

I think it more if an overall fat burning effect for me I only apply to my upper body.

It was mentioned by someone that they had been noticing a loss of fat mass at the administration site. IN addition there is a study regarding cirsium that indicates it reduces subq fat when administered transdermally.
