Hi,
Just a quick question regarding the above supps. Seen some good reviews about the supplements on AM.
I have ordered PES shift and Erase Pro Plus to stack together after many good reviews
But i also have a tub of Blooshr3d War edition on its way, i was planning on running the bloodshr3d war solo then running PES shift and EP seperately.
The question i have is would i have to take time off after running Blooshr3d war before running PES shift and EP seen as shift and EP are non stim.
Goal: Lose fat/Recomp - Currently about 18% bf
