Well today almost didn't happen. Slept in and got playing with the pup,when breathing started to suck bad. Took the symbacort dr gave me and about an hour later breathing was better

I tried increasing tempo and pace today and got more done than yesterday but breathing starting sh1tting the bed again toward the end so I skipped out on additional ab work and cardio

As per usual the finish line thoroughly refreshed me post workout making me feel like I could go again if I wanted to. I really wish I wouldn't have caught this bronchitis, for obvious reasons, but also so I could really gauge endurance benefits and how it relates to future workouts but I'm optimistic this will all get regulated soon and I still have almost three weeks of product left but from what I can tell so far, the product def works and has helped in immediate post workout recovery each time taken

I really truly believe that I'm improving daily with the finish line. Those days I took off earlier this week it seemed to b super slow progress but since I got back and have been using finish line again I can just feel the improvements. I know this product isn't made for helping ppl who are sick or with breathing problems but it does seem to me that it definitely assists recovery in this aspect as well

Wow I just feel like this log is a super Debbie downer but man if it's not one thing it's another.

Finally got a complete workout in today. Went really really well. Breathing was erratic at times but kinda weird that it completely regulated itself while doing the walking on the incline. But man I gave the absolute worst case of doms today, it's from Saturday legs but it's not hams or quads it's the inner adductors all the way down to the knee causing horrible aches. And to add on, despite taking 3G of taurine pre workout those hypers gave me the worst lower back pump I've ever experienced.

Took finish line and felt completely refreshed and am definitely taking a second dose tomorrow am. I'm pretty confident it'll solve these issues but can't I just get a great day in without different sh1t popping up. Ok rant over lol

Today is like it never existed lol

Had tough time sleeping last night, got up at 830, did my normal daily things I had to get done. Got home around 11 and was all set for pre workout meal when I made the mistake of laying down to play with my dog. Next thing I knew it was 530.

Well got my sleep in lol

Too late now to hit the gym. Gyms in same parking lot as my movie theater and lot will b jammed, so not gonna deal with that. Will hit it hard tomorrow

Did take a scoop of finish line just now and oh how that felt good. Last time I didn't take it doms popped up so not gonna let that happen again

I felt awful for the dude and I'm all super pumped from shoulders and he knew that there was nothing he could do about it if I wanted to act upon her obvious flirting. I caught him later on alone and was gonna apologize but didn't after he flipped me the bird lol

Niece had her birthday party this afternoon so took me out of hitting the gym today. Tried getting back in time but forgot they close early on weekends. Gonna do legs tomorrow and give that squat challenge another shot, 40 is going to b damn hard to beat but I'll go for it and see how it goes. Took a dose of finish line today as ve found its best to take consistently to really eliminate any doms from popping up.

So today I was going for 40+ reps for the squat challenge firetitan and alpha r running. So I decided to run a scoop of finish line mixed with a scoop of peako2, which will b my next log once this one finishes towards the end of the week. The endurance was off the chain. I was able to push out 44 and still able to crank out a very hard legs workout afterwards.

Finish line post workout does what it always does and invigorates and refreshes instantly.

Only a cpl days left of finish line and I'm extremely pleased with what it provides. Haven't really had any doms since using this and the post workout refreshing it provides is worth it alone

Damn I thought I had another day left, but when I went to grab a scoop there was nothing but dust left.

I'll put up a final review later tonight or tomorrow but I love this product.

Finish line final review

Mixability: mixes perfectly. Never had any issues at all. Tested in blender bottle and cup

Taste: very cherry lime is delicious. They found they perfect dosage of lime which meshes perfectly with the amazing cherry flavoring

Build muscle: While I certainly built lean mass while taking this I can't really say for sure if it was this product or the 4K calories per day I've been eating. Needless to say I did build muscle while taking this

Enhance recovery: absolutely delivered on this claim. I tested out various intensity techniques and rep ranges and the only time doms popped up was when I didn't take this on a rest day after a ludicrous amount of reps for legs the previous day. Every other time zero doms.

Replenish energy: this was my favorite aspect of this product. You'll literally be dead tired, exhausted to the max when almost immediately after taking this you'll feel a rejuvenated self and a rush of newfound energy

Another thing I'd like to note is that I was pretty sick the first week I was using this and while I can't scientifically prove anything, I feel that by continuing with this product during this time I was able to recover from the illness quicker than I would've otherwise and really not miss much in terms of training all the while. I know the product is not marketed for such purposes but I feel it did help in this regards.

I will definitely be purchasing this product again and again. I'm going to try the rainbow sherbet flavor next as it got great taste reviews from those who logged that flavor and to be honest the idea of that flavor intrigues me greatly, but that said I will be getting this flavor in the future as well as I thoroughly enjoyed it. Thinking about sticking up come cyber Monday as hopefully this and other products from iforce will be on sale.

Thanks again to iforce and ManimalPatB for allowing me this great opportunity to test out such an amazing product that anyone who lifts regularly should really be using, for replenishing energy and for doms prevention. I used to use many of the ingredients separately but iforce picked the perfectly formulated dosages of each to create an all in one post workout product.
