Shoulder day
Hammer strength shoulder press
90x10
140x10
180x8
200x6
200x5
200x5

Seated overhead press
50 dumbbell x 10 supersetted with side last raises - form was not 100% on those side raises but damn they felt good
Did that for 5 sets
Side and front side raises
25x10 for 6 sets
Pump was getting unbearable atm but worked through it
Arnold press
35x8 for 3 sets
Low cable raises
15x failure for 5 sets non stop
Cross cable flys
5 sets till failure
Machine shoulder raise
4 sets to failure
Still not feeling any different from major gains. Think of upping it to 9 caps a day. 12 caps would be sick but thinking 9 might be good. Any suggestions ?
