Hi Everyone,
I got blood work done to see where i am at. My doc’s interpretation was “you’re ok” and not much beyond that.
I've noticed that:
-Low lepitin and insulin makes sense because of the water fasting.
-High vit D is because i live in northern part of Canada hence less sunlight and more supps
-Need to cut back on calcium, magnesium, zinc & iron.

Questions:
1. Is my hGH normal for a 30 year old?
2. FT4 looks out of whack, any ideas what could cause that and possibly how to remedy it?
3. Why would my K2 crash?
4. Anything else that stands out or looks unusual?

Any help would be highly appreciated :)
