What do you use for blood pressure support? My last cycle raised my blood pressure a good amount and it made me feel sh1tty. I’m two weeks into pct and I think it’s still likely high but I won’t know for sure until I check it later today. I definitely want to have some support for it on hand for my next cycle. Thanks.

I have used life support and cycle assist with great bp regulation. I tried K1ngsguard this time around and it was the first time my bp spiked. However, just like you it could just not have been a match for the yk. Tons of people use cycle support I would say that's the most popular.

It was definitely the yk. What company makes cycle support?

And I just checked my BP. It’s just about back to normal so that’s good.

Celery seed extract @ 300 + mg a day is the only otc solution that works for me....and it works wonders. Really cheap too. Make sure you get it standardized with 85% 3nB. I always struggled with BP on cycle until I found this stuff.

Hawthorn berry needs to be preloaded, iirc.

Cycle support is more complete than cycle assist but its a powder and tastes like ****.

you are correct...hawthorn should be preloaded. not sure it has to be, but that is what the old school guys always used to do.

yes we use to preload for 2 weeks
I have never had any luck with hawthorn...why I left it out of my original post. Possibly I was not using it correctly. I have never heard about preloading with it...standard dose that you just start taking 2 weeks prior to needing it?

I would use your typical support product such as Cycle Assist, Life Support, etc. and extra celery seed extract on top of that. works like a charm for me anyways. Celery seed extract is very cheap.

I’d prefer to try the natural route first before putting more drugs into my system. Worst case scenario I’d try it though.

Thanks for all the answers.

I like pharmaceutical solutions to pharmaceutically-induced problems. Sure, throw some Hawthorne and CoQ10 at it, but half a pill of bystolic beta blocker and problem solved, no preloading, no real side effects. But hey, if you can handle it natty, go that route by all means. If it were Deca and Dbol no amount of Hawthorne is gonna make a difference really, but we are just talking sarms now anyhow.

I’ll give it a whirl next time I get em from a doc. I loved the additional mild anxiety relief of beta blockers also in the past. Other than some increased potassium levels, it looks like Telm is pretty side-effect free overall
