Hadn't logged workouts but still training 6 days a week right now.
Making a few changes since been fighting some nagging injuries. More just muscle and joint tweaks.

Going with some higher rep work to hit the muscle but save on my joints.

I know that feeling. The older I get, the more my joints give me some 'backtalk'. I definitely have to adjust my workouts at times with lighter warm-ups, less max lifts and being really strict on form.

Been looking into Doug Brignole workouts. More high reps but also you go down to some 10 rep sets to hit it a little heavier.
Also concentrating on shoulders and arms a little more.

WEEK 5 of TR3ST/DMZ cycle. I am backing back down to 75mg total from 100mg. Nipples were getting more sensitive so think I will go with 75mg.
50mg of DermaTR3ST and 25mg TR3ST Pre-workout but will extend it to 8 weeks instead of 6 at higher doses.
Dropped back down this past weekend and notice a difference already.

Sounds like things are going well 283 and leaner than you have ever been at that weight is damn good. Yeah I like to bump to some higher rep stuff every once in a while. There is a lot to be said for hard work in the 20-50 rep range. Make no mistake plenty muscle can be built in that range too.

Holy Hell I could not imagine a 50 rep set. Attention span too short!!

Dma378 - If you do it right, the REAL burn starts around the 30-35 rep range you wouldn't have any problem paying attention! Try it on your next pull day, at the end of your workout grab an empty bar, lock your elbows in at your side just a little behind your back, and curl with a broken wrist and don't put the barbell back down until you get to 50 reps. Keep form pretty strict in the beginning and expect to need to cheat to make it to the end. :)

Still feeling out my workouts. This was a Chest/Back Delt/Trap workout. By the time I got to shrugs my back was dead from the rows and face pulls.
Going to play around with rep ranges and sets. Main thing is work the muscle and save my joints for now.
Already feeling better after a week of training like this.

High rep shoulder work is so painful!

283 pounds.
Macros have been on point so weight has leveled off. Been gaining about half a pound per week the last few weeks after that initial 10 pound jump

I did it as DB Hammer curls. Not BB. Feel it in both bicep peaks right now. Hard to get an DOMS going in my bi's anymore, so it is nice!!

The pumps for these workouts are killer! Arms and shoulders are the worst.
But definitely a nice change of pace and feels great for my joints.

Week 6 of cycle.
Backed off so doing 50mg of DermaTR3ST in the morning and 25mg of TR3ST pre-workout.
Ran out of DMZ so switching over to Diabolix at 75mg to finish off this cycle strong.
Only side so far as been a slight sensitive feeling in my nipple but nothing to bad and keep monitoring it to make sure it doesn't get any worse.

Visually I can see more size in my traps, shoulders and arms for sure. Really concentrating on those areas, especially shoulders and arms.

Dropped a pound to 282 and that is at almost 4000 calories, been sticking with a Flexible Diet. So going to bump up the carbs a little for this week.

Loving the pump and burn from training with the higher reps. Still adjusting to make sure I am going heavy enough on my lower rep sets.

Yeah nothing to bad but definitely a good soreness. I am training each muscle more times during the week so that is why I only pick one exercise and just hit it hard with 6 to 8 sets.

FINISHER- Kettle bell swings for 10 minutes pyramiding down 20,18,16,14,12,10,8,6,4,2 alternating between me and my daughter.

Haven't been logging but I have been training and hitting my eating hard. Since switching to the higher reps my weight has wanted to go down the last couple of weeks. So hitting the carbs hard to keep adding muscle.
My daughter is going to start training with me 3 days a week and this was our first workout together. It went great and actually made me push myself harder.
I was soaking wet after this workout and wore out. The high rep leg press hit it hard and feels so much better on my knees.

For my cycle I bumped my TR3ST up to 100mg again and am doing 90mg of Diabolix. This is week 7 so one more week before starting PCT. Have all my stuff ready to go for that.
Going to keep the calories up through my PCT and then will look to lean back out starting in March.

Been training more instinctively with not having my workout programmed before I go into my weight room. I know what I will be training but for sets, reps and weight I go by feel and what I want to accomplish that day.

Still killing it in the weight room. Having my daughter there has helped me kick it up another notch. By the time my workouts are done I am soaking wet.

Been really concentrating on the mind/muscle part of lifting. Taking my time and squeezing the muscle.
The burn in my shoulders hurt so good and the pump in my arms are amazing.

Last week of cycle and have to say it has been a successful one. Right now it is hard to keep my weight up, have never eaten this much calories and have a hard time keeping my weight up.
But once I hit that 284 mark is was just becoming uncomfortable and really effects me snoring a lot more. So I cut back just a few hundred calories and within a week I was back to 280 but feel better.
Look forward to leaning out after my PCT to see what I can achieve.

Have all my stuff for PCT and will keep calories where they are at right now and adjust if I start to lose anymore weight. Going to keep pushing hard to keep as much of my muscle size as possible.

Having my daughter train with me 3 days really makes me push harder so loving that!

Definitely can see the difference in my traps and shoulders from my stand point. I know arms have gotten bigger. Need to get a cold measurement.
A little over 20 pumped.

Weight jumped up about 10 pounds in the first couple of weeks and leveled off at around 13 pounds. I could have put on more if I would have ate more. But I was eating more than I have ever had and wasn't putting on much fat. Highest I got was 284 and that was plenty big enough for me.
I have dropped back down to 280 and feel better but feel my best in that 260 range which is weird cause it use to be that 250 range
My body is growing in a good way.

See the biggest change in my arms, shoulders and upper back. Legs have put on some size with the way my jeans are fitting.
Nothing to bad for the sides, some nipple sensitivity both nothing that couldn't be controlled.

Overall very happy with what I achieved on this cycle and look forward to running what I have left of my Tr3st and DermaTr3st later this year for another bulking cycle.

PCT will be Clomid 50/50/25/25 along with some support supplements. I will detail more in my regular log what I am doing as I go.

Great job Red! Some solid gains and at your height legs filling in your pants more is a sure sign of impressive size gains.
