So it's been a long time since I've been on here. What have I missed? lol
Reason I've not been on is a few injuries, starting my business which has taken up 100% of my time even some gym time!!!! But I'm back on it and back in the gym more.
Only thing is at the moment I can do weights as physio reckons I've torn tendons in my left shoulder so it's back to cardio and core exercises at the moment, plus it will help me shed some blubba! But the plan is to get train 4 times a week, eat cleaner, get leaner and most of all stronger!
