I have a little vacation of about 12 weeks upcoming. I plan to use the time bringing up lagging muscle groups. My diet/nutrition is in check, trust me this isn't in question. My recovery time will be excellent during this vacation. Question is what supplementation would you recommend?
As I stated my goal is symmetry, not pounds or inches. I just want to make the most of the 12 weeks off I have coming. The only thing I'm sure of is Arachadonic acid. I've been lifting 12 years, happy with my progress, but this is a chance to really blast out some progress. No dollar limit, but not looking for a plethora of supps either. Also if there's anything I really ought to be looking into as a staple I'm open to it. I'm on nothing but creatine at the moment. I'm not talking about the obvious though, as I'm also a regular on fish oil, multis and the like. Clean slate, so to speak.
